Ultimately, if you're looking for sales and getting to know your end-user, you'll need them to like the experience and interface you're giving them.

We strive to build everything with a modern flavoring. However, we always take into consideration our client's requirements and if assets already exist that the client would prefer to use, we are more than happy to use the assets provided by the client.

• After we've built out the design for your project, we send it up to our development team

Both teams agree that quality assurance is the most important stage after their own stage. This stage allows us to polish a project, and make sure that all of the project is ready for production.

• We penetration test all of our implementations, and check for errors in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI)
• During quality assurance, we will bring up any issues and immediately fix bugs and issues with you
• Once completed, we pass the finalized and polished version off for full review by the client's team and their clients
• Upon receiving feedback from the client and/or their client, we work with our client to revise features and any bugs that may have slipped through

Once we've completed all of the steps necessary, it's time to train you (our client) and your client (if applicable) how to use the newly built website or software. It's important to us that you understand the features we've built, and we work with you to ensure you get the most out of your product.

• We send out full documentation, usually in PDF format
• We can schedule time for a live call with your team or your client(s) to help teach your staff and client on the product
• Our training and assistance is on-going, and you're always welcome to reach out to us with any questions you may have
